How long does it take to make custom bobblehead bulk orders?
Depending on the quantity duplicate bobblehead dolls you require and the detail to each piece will determine the time line. We request a normal time line between 4 and 10 weeks but can also offer for a nominal fee a rush service to meet your needs.

From receipt of deposit and photographs / concept
Your first proof usually arrives in email for within 4-7 days for your approval
If any changes are made and you give the final approval
We begin the paint process, send a color proof for approval – normally 3-6 days
Once approved – we begin production
Time line is normally 20-35 days dependent on quantity
On completion and packing – we will arrange a white glove delivery service to your destination. Choose from either ocean freight or air freight based on your time line.
Ocean freight will take 15-35 days (dependent on which destination port). All custom bobbleheads depart their journey from China.
Air Shipment (for Rush delivery) is 3-5 days
Most custom bobble head jobs are delivered in 45 – 60 days

What are the payment terms?
We request a deposit payment of 50% to begin the prototype for your bobblehead of orders for 1000 or more pieces. Orders less than 1000 require 100% payment to begin.
Upon completion of 1000 or more bobblehead dolls, we require the balance for production
On final receipt of the shipping invoice – we require the payment before final delivery – we can process it to the payment method used on file.

Our structure for payment is as follows for bulk (large size orders) as follows:
Jobs of 1000 or less pieces are paid as follows:
All Production cost: 100% paid in full
Balance invoices payment for add on items not described at time of order
Shipping Fees – As we recommend ocean freight for this size job, all fees are due prior to actual delivery to the client. We obtain actual invoice rates when the dolls reach port and those rates are passed onto the client. At that time, all fees are due. Delays in payment can result in storage fees on a weekly basis. We incourage all pending invoices to be paid in full in a timely manner so the bobblehead dolls can be delivered to you.
Jobs of 1001 and more pieces can be split into the following payment structure.
50% deposit is required at the time the job is in house
50% remainder payment due prior to completion of the job
